Students must pass diagnostic tests and personal interviews organized by the schools, and pass the English language placement test. Required documents include birth certificate, civil status copy, previous grade certificates, medical certificate, vaccination record, 4 photos, and medical record.

KG1 accepts children over 3 years old. KG2 accepts children over 4 years old. Pre-Primary (KG3) accepts children over 5 years old who have not yet reached the official age for Grade 1 enrollment.

The student's guardian pays the tuition fees in the first week of each semester. For new students, fees are paid at the beginning of registration. Kindergarten, preschool, and first grade students require full fee payment upfront.

When two or more siblings enroll, full fees apply to the student in the highest educational stage. Discounts are then applied to siblings according to percentages set by the financial department.
